I'm a designer-engineer raised between Beijing and the Bay Area. I have synesthesia — I've always experienced the world as texture, color, and sensation before I had words for it. Some things make sense in retrospect.

At Stanford I self-designed my degree in CS and Product Design, co-advised by David Kelley and Jerry Cain. I worked on AirPods and Vision Pro at Apple, and I'm a first author on a precision psychiatry paper that made it into clinical practice.

I'm building toward founding something at the intersection of AI, human perception, and creative tools. I think the most interesting interfaces haven't been built yet.
