I'm a designer-engineer raised between Beijing and the Bay Area. I have synesthesia , a condition affecting 5% of the population, meaning I've always experienced the world as texture, color, and musicality before I had words for it.
At Stanford I self-designed my degree in CS and Product Design, co-advised by David Kelley and Jerry Cain. I shipped AirPods Pro 3 and worked on Vision Pro at Apple, and I'm a first author on a precision psychiatry paper that made it into clinical practice.
I'm founding at the intersection of AI, human perception, and creative tools. I think the most trustworthy interfaces for creativity haven't been built yet.
